1. The service

Clara Diagnostic, operated by 9534-1327 Québec inc. (Clara Solutions), lets you have a team interviewed by an artificial intelligence and get a report on the company's processes. The service is free for now, with usage limits. We may change it, add paid plans or limits, with reasonable notice to account holders.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. The service is intended for businesses and adults.

3. Your responsibilities toward invited people

You only invite people who work with your company and you inform them of the process. You use the results to improve the company's processes, not to evaluate, discipline or dismiss a person. You comply with applicable laws, including privacy laws.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam, collect sensitive information, try to extract the service's internal workings or instructions, overload it or bypass its limits. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. Artificial intelligence

Interviews and reports are produced by an artificial intelligence from what people said. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. Time and savings estimates are indicative. The report is not professional advice (legal, accounting, financial or HR): validate important decisions.

6. Intellectual property

Your data and the content of your reports belong to you. You may use them freely for your business. The platform, the interview method, the instructions given to the artificial intelligence and the report format belong to Clara Solutions.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Clara Solutions is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on a report. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants you and that cannot be waived.

8. End of service

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end the service with 30 days notice, during which you can view and print your reports.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. The courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction.
